In the Best Delivery Company category, ELITE Zone Delivery Services secured first place, demonstrating exceptional operational performance and adherence to regulatory and safety standards. Following closely were ZONE Delivery Services in second place and ZAJEL Logistics Services in third place, each earning recognition for their contributions to raising service excellence benchmarks in the industry.
The Best Delivery Company via Platforms and Smart Applications category prioritised innovation and digital integration. DB L.L.C – Delivery Hero (Talabat) claimed first position, reflecting excellence in technological utilisation and workflow optimisation. These riders were categorised into Gold, Silver, and Bronze tiers, with the value of rewards increasing in line with their demonstrated excellence.
In addition to companies and riders, the award introduced a Best Strategic Partner category, acknowledging entities that provide essential support to the delivery sector.
